We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Quality Executive to ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards, NABH/JCI guidelines, patient safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The candidate will support quality improvement initiatives, audits, documentation, and process monitoring to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and implement hospital quality standards and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare audit reports.
- Monitor patient safety indicators and quality metrics.
- Coordinate incident reporting and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and policies.
- Conduct quality training and awareness sessions for staff.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support infection control and patient safety initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for quality improvement projects.
- Participate in accreditation activities and assessments.
- Knowledge of NABH/JCI standards
- Understanding of healthcare quality processes
- Strong documentation and auditing skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Master s in Hospital Administration (MHA) preferred
- 1 5 years of experience in hospital quality, healthcare operations, or medical quality assurance
- NABH Internal Auditor certification
- Experience in hospital accreditation processes
- Knowledge of patient safety and infection control practices
- Audit compliance scores
- CAPA closure timelines
- Patient safety incident reduction
- Documentation accuracy and compliance
- Accreditation readiness status
