Medical Doctor - Corporate Clinic

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physician to join our Corporate Clinic team in India. This role is ideal for a medical professional who is committed to delivering high-quality primary care, supporting workplace health initiatives, and upholding strong clinical governance standards in a dynamic corporate healthcare environment.

What you will do

• Provide routine medical consultations, primary care treatment, and first aid for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver emergency response and stabilisation using BLS techniques when required.
• Assess patients, determine referral needs, and coordinate specialist consultations where appropriate.
• Support occupational health activities including fitness-for-duty, periodic medicals, return-to-work, and health surveillance programmes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR and ensure compliance with data privacy and medical record standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, incident reporting, quality improvement activities, and health promotion initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and professionally run clinic environment.

What we are looking for

• MBBS from a recognised medical college.
• Valid registration with the Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council.
• BLS certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with primary GP care experience essential.
• Strong communication skills in English; local language capability is advantageous.
• High attention to detail, sound clinical judgement, teamwork, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
