Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership to the hospital by ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
  
• Oversee all clinical operations, including emergency services, critical care, surgical services, and outpatient departments.
  
• Develop and implement policies for quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with hospital administrators to manage resources effectively and optimize operational efficiency.
  
• Foster a culture of teamwork among healthcare professionals through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• M.B.B.S. degree from an Indian University + MHA/MBA
  
• Minimum 8-13 years of experience in hospital administration or management consulting firm.
  
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, hospital management principles, medical services delivery models.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
