Role & responsibilities

• Learn and understand the US Medical Billing process.
• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies.
• Review claims for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Follow up on pending and denied insurance claims.
• Correct and resubmit rejected or denied claims.
• Update billing information and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

* Good typing speed and data entry skills.

* Good written and verbal communication in English.

* Quick learner with a positive attitude.

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Candidates with basic knowledge of Medical Billing will have an added advantage.
