About the Role Key Responsibilities

• Develop customised brand integration and sponsorship solutions for clients across OTV and Tarang platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Programming, Digital, and Creative teams to build innovative client pitches and proposals.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective media solutions.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, post-campaign reports, and brand integration plans.
• Support execution of branded content campaigns, special properties, events, and on-ground activations.
• Track campaign delivery and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and track media, advertising, and consumer trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients.

Requirements Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Media Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Client Servicing.
• Prior experience in Television, Digital Media, Radio, OTT, or Advertising Agency environment preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualise branded content ideas.
• Good understanding of media planning, sponsorships, and integrated marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• Graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
