Job Description
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules, legislative regulations, and international standards.
- Lead and supervise team members, promoting technical and individual performance capability.
- Support the close-out of competency gaps for all team members.
- Conduct activities in full compliance with HSE requirements.
- Prepare incident reports and contribute to investigations.
- Approve work permits during shifts to enable scheduled works.
- Identify, report, and follow up on risks within the area of responsibility.
- Control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel, and the environment.
- Supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities according to approved procedures and issue reports.
- Support specialists and vendors for activity execution and coordinate site activities with Electrical Substation and Technical Room.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical supervision and engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English language (and any other specified by the project).
