Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic with 5-20 years of experience in repairing and maintaining plant and machines of highway projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair.
Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues in plant and machines.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical problems and improve overall productivity.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on mechanical systems and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Experience working on highway projects or similar infrastructure development.
