What would you do As a Measurement and Reporting Senior Analyst, you will serve as a critical pillar within our Global PMO and Financial Reporting team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end financial health of our global projects, ensuring that resource allocation is optimized, budgets are rigorously tracked, and stakeholders are informed through world-class data visualization.We are looking for a candidate who doesn t just "report numbers" but provides the insights necessary to drive strategic decision-making.Soft SkillsAnalytical Rigor: A "detective" mindset when it comes to finding discrepancies in data.Global Communication: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different time zones and present findings to senior leadership.Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.NA


What are we looking for Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Management: Manage resource time forecasting and tracking across global workstreams to ensure optimal utilization and project alignment.
  • Financial Control: Perform detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) and provide actionable commentary to leadership on budget deviations.
  • Budgeting & Invoicing: Maintain complex budget trackers and oversee the preparation of accurate, timely invoices for global stakeholders.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting workflows within the PMO.Qualifications & SkillsProfessional Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, PMO Analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
  • Proven track record of managing global budgets and complex resource forecasting models.Technical Expertise
  • MS Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex nested formulas, and Macro/VBA knowledge is a plus).
  • Data Visualization: High proficiency in Power BI (DAX) and the ability to translate raw data into intuitive visual stories.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accruals, forecasting cycles, and variance reporting.Education
  • Bachelors degree in any stream.
  • Preferred: Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
  • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
  • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
