What would you do As a Measurement and Reporting Senior Analyst, you will serve as a critical pillar within our Global PMO and Financial Reporting team. What are we looking for Key Responsibilities
Resource Management: Manage resource time forecasting and tracking across global workstreams to ensure optimal utilization and project alignment.
Financial Control: Perform detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) and provide actionable commentary to leadership on budget deviations.
Budgeting & Invoicing: Maintain complex budget trackers and oversee the preparation of accurate, timely invoices for global stakeholders.
Dashboards & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting workflows within the PMO.Qualifications & SkillsProfessional Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Reporting, PMO Analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
Proven track record of managing global budgets and complex resource forecasting models.Technical Expertise
MS Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex nested formulas, and Macro/VBA knowledge is a plus).
Data Visualization: High proficiency in Power BI (DAX) and the ability to translate raw data into intuitive visual stories.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accruals, forecasting cycles, and variance reporting.Education
Bachelors degree in any stream.
Preferred: Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
