What are we looking for? We are seeking experienced Vendor Program Managers to support Microsoft??s Global Partner Skilling initiatives. In this role, you will work directly with regional stakeholders within Microsoft Global Partners, coordinating closely with Microsoft??s Global Skilling Leads, to drive targeted skilling engagements that enable partners with the technical and sales skills they need to know for Microsoft Cloud technologies. This is a high-impact role focused on execution at the regional level, ensuring alignment to global priorities while capturing local market needs to inform broader strategies.

5+ years of experience in program management, partner management, account management, or consulting

Experience working with enterprise or global customers/partners across regions

Strong project management and operational execution skills

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies

Experience delivering structured reporting and executive-level insights


Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures

The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor

May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside

Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Qualification Any Graduation
