What would you do Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships.A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.
What are we looking for Education
Graduation any stream
Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
Knowledge of Ticketing tool - Service now
Procurement knowledge understanding the up-stream and the downstream process
Experience with data management, validation, and reporting automation
Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Subject Matter Expert having Hands on knowledge on Procure to Pay process

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities
Develop, automate, and maintain recurring operational and management reports.
Design and manage dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers for business stakeholders.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful insights.
Prepare executive-level presentations and business review reports.
Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests from leadership teams.
Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation and process optimization.
Establish reporting governance, data definitions, and standard reporting frameworks.
Monitor SLA, KPI, and compliance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
