Mean Stack Developers

We are seeking talented web developers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web development using modern frameworks and technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, responsive web applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience with client-side and server-side frameworks and demonstrate the ability to work across various browsers to ensure seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design by testing across multiple browsers, including Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Design, build, and maintain APIs and web services.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Work with databases, preferably MongoDB, to design and optimize data structures and queries.

Implement and manage version control using systems like GIT, Bitbucket, or similar tools.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to maintain and enhance functionality.

Keep abreast of the latest web development trends and integrate relevant advancements into projects.

Document technical processes and provide training for team members when needed.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal user experiences.

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in web development using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and the ability to test and optimize across multiple browsers.

Experience with any database system; familiarity with MongoDB is preferred.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like GIT or Bitbucket.

Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.

Problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Relevant certification in web development or related technologies is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Any relevant certification in React, Node.js, or web development tools.

Familiarity with containerization tools is a plus.
