MEAN Stack Developer (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled MEAN Stack Developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across frontend and backend development, with the ability to build high-performance, secure, and maintainable applications in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-Stack Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MEAN Stack

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend applications using Angular

Frontend Development :

- Build modern Angular applications using :

i. TypeScript

ii. RxJS

iii. Angular best practices

- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement intuitive user interfaces

Backend & Database Development :

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines

- Work with Mongoose and database optimization techniques to ensure scalability and performance

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices across applications

Code Quality & Collaboration :

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product teams for successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Full Stack / MEAN Stack development

- Strong hands-on expertise in :

i. MongoDB

ii. Express.js

iii. Angular

iv. Node.js

- Proficiency in :

i. JavaScript / TypeScript

ii. REST API development

iii. RxJS

iv. HTML5 / CSS3

- Experience with :

i. MongoDB schema design and optimization

ii. API integration and backend services

iii. Authentication and authorization mechanisms

- Strong understanding of :

i. Application performance optimization

ii. Secure coding practices

iii. Responsive web application development

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

- Ability to work independently and in collaborative Agile environments
