Key Responsibilities-
Conduct daily field visits to assigned villages and meet progressive farmers.
Implement product demonstrations , trial setup, and crop monitoring.
Track and drive daily liquidation through distributors and retailers.
Maintain continuous follow-up with farmers regarding product performance and feedback.
Build strong relationships with Krishi Seva Kendras, dealers, and influencers.
Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and awareness activities .
Share daily reports on visits, sales progress, and market intelligence.
Identify new business opportunities and support expansion in new areas.
