Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise mobility solutions using SOTI MobiControl.
- Lead L3 support activities, troubleshoot complex MDM issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Configure and manage Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged devices.
- Develop and enforce device compliance, security policies, application deployment, and kiosk mode configurations.
- Integrate SOTI with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, and certificate services.
- Plan and execute MDM upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure mobility solutions.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor MDM platform performance and ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
- Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide technical leadership on mobility-related initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Strong hands-on expertise with SOTI MobiControl administration and architecture.
- Experience managing Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged mobile devices.
- Knowledge of device enrollment methods, application deployment, certificate management, and security policies.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SOTI MobiControl certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other EMM platforms is an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
