Skill Set:
- EBOX HIL test engineer - ISO-SPI, MicroNova HIL systems, ECUTEST, Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) validation
Domain Knowledge Skills:
- BMS Expertise - EBOX Functionality: Knowledge of the Electronic Box components, including Contactors, Pyrotechnic Fuses, Current Sensors, and HV Distribution.
- HIL Tools: MicroNova (NovaCarts) and Vector toolchains (CANoe, CANape).
- Automation Tools: Expertise in ECU-TEST for automated test sequence generation
- Protocols: Deep knowledge of ISO-SPI, CAN-FD, and UDS diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of automotive HIL experience (EV/BMS preferred).
- Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and TSR verification.

Job Title: EBOX HIL Test Engineer
Role Summary : As an EBOX HIL Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the validation and verification of the EBOX software. You will leverage MicroNova HIL systems to simulate real-world vehicle environments, ensuring that the BMS meets rigorous performance, reliability, and safety standards. A critical component of this role involves validating the ISO-SPI communication interface and ensuring all Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) are verified in accordance with ISO 26262.
Key Responsibilities:
- HIL Testing: Develop and automate test cases on MicroNova NovaCarts.
- ISO-SPI Safety: Validate ISO-SPI communication and verify Functional Safety/TSR compliance.
- Diagnostics: Perform UDS testing, DTC validation, and HIL fault injection.
- Analysis: Debug HV components (contactors, sensors) and analyze CAN/CAN-FD bus traffic.
