MBA HR Fresher - Male

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in talent acquisition by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
• Collaborate with HR team to design and execute recruitment campaigns across various channels (social media, job boards, etc.).
• Provide support in onboarding new employees by ensuring smooth transition into their roles.

Job Requirements :

• MBA Fresher or recent graduate from a reputed institution.
• 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (recruitment/talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates/employees.
