Role & responsibilities
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ordering; KIN & Transys ETM ordering for M month demand, TM #1 Assy & MIP LP
parts ordering for M month
2. Forecasting; M+4 Forecast plan preparation for both KIN Engine & Transys TM
3. Planning; M Month day wise plan communicated to KIN & Transys Day wise
dispatch plan preparation and communication
4. Expediting; ETM follow up for D+3 vehicle plan from KIN & Transys, Dispatch Plan
Vs. Actual supplies monitoring, Plan changes to be communicate to KIN & Transys
5. Inventory Management; ETM stocks to be maintained as per the defined inventory
targets, Slow moving & Aged parts consumption planning
6. Documentation; Invoice GRN processing & Document submission
7. SOB Parts Management; SOB Plan Vs. Actual supply monitoring, SOB adherence
report preparation & communication
8. ETM Rework Management; KIN Gamma engine transit damage rework
management, Document preparation for insurance claim submission
9. Improvement Projects; To implement Process / System related Improvement
projects to enhance work & benefit for the company
10. Cost Improvement; To achieve cost improvement targets through Cost saving
innovative projects.
