Material Planner

• Ensure material deliveries according to project schedules and system demands
• Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to secure confirmations and delivery dates
• Coordinate closely with Sourcing, Material Handling, Quality, and Project Execution teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery reliability
• Track missing parts, and escalation topics, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Coordinate with site teams for local deliveries and urgent needs
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (dates, status, quantities) to support reliable planning
• Prepare reports and track KPIs related to delivery performance, supplier reliability, and material readiness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supplier coordination processes

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in material planning, procurement, vendor coordination, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with SAP (MM or relevant modules) or other ERP systems
• Strong followup skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and suppliers
• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to manage several priorities in parallel

• Solid knowledge of SAP (MM or relevant modules) or similar ERP systems
• Experience in projectbased supply chains or EPC environments
• Exposure to global supplier networks and logistics processes
• Knowledge of planning or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience working with wind projects or renewable energy supply chains (nice to have)
