Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Massager / Spa Therapist with a strong background in acupressure and Ayurvedic therapies. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in traditional wellness treatments and demonstrate a deep understanding of therapeutic healing techniques. The role is based in Ghana, West Africa, and requires a professional who can deliver high-quality wellness services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of massages and body therapies with a focus on acupressure techniques.
• Deliver Ayurvedic treatments such as Basti, Panchakarma, and Shirodhara as per client requirements.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapies for relaxation, pain relief, and wellness.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper setup of therapy rooms and equipment.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction during all sessions.
• Educate clients on post-therapy care and wellness practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of treatments provided and client preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in spa / wellness centers.
• Strong knowledge of Acupressure (mandatory/preferred).
• Understanding of Ayurvedic therapies including:
• Basti
• Panchakarma
• Shirodhara
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing therapy sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in Ayurveda / Spa Therapies / Massage Therapy.
• Prior international work experience will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Ghana (West Africa).
• Adaptability to different cultural environments.
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Company will provide: Visa + Air tickets + Sharing Accommodation + Laundry + Food + General Medical.

Contract Term: 2 Years (it can be renewed with the consent of both the parties.)
