We are looking for a true Massage Trainer/Guru to train and elevate our fleet of therapists, with a strong focus on therapeutic, specialized pain-relief, and reflexology treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Mentorship: Train a growing team of home-service therapists in advanced massage methodologies, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and technique.

Curriculum Design: Update and refine training modules specifically targeting pain relief, alignment, and specialized wellness.

Quality Assurance: Standardize step-by-step protocols for home-service delivery, ensuring a premium, consistent customer experience.

Core Expertise Required:

Specialized Lower-Limb Care: Deep expertise in below-the-knee treatments targeting ankle pain, leg fatigue, and lower-body tension.

Diverse Techniques: Absolute mastery over Ayurvedic massages, Ayurvedic Cupping therapy and Acupressure / Reflexology

Full-Body Wellness: Comprehensive knowledge of holistic full-body deep tissue and therapeutic techniques.

Candidate Profile:

10 to 12+ years of hands-on experience as a master therapist and trainer in premium wellness centers, luxury spas, or Ayurvedic clinics.

* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to teach complex pressure points and techniques to junior staff easily.

* A deep understanding of anatomy, pressure points, and therapeutic relief.
