Job Description

Role Summary: We seek a forward-thinking Performance Enhancement Lead who will drive data-driven marketing transformation by integrating MarTech capabilities with robust data analytics. This role will own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, performance marketing efficiency, and data insights to accelerate growth, customer engagement, and ROI.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the integrated MarTech and data analytics roadmap in alignment with business goals
  • Drive performance marketing efficiency through the integration of Salesforce platforms and tools
  • Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Build and manage marketing automation frameworks using CRM and customer data platforms
  • Leverage analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights
  • Drive use of predictive analytics for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and churn prediction
  • Oversee implementation of personalization engines, recommendation systems, and ML models
  • Enable seamless integration of AdTech, CMS, and DXP platforms for unified marketing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven marketing strategy and execution
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and lead performance enhancement initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and Data Analytics roles
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling
  • Experience working with ML models in marketing contexts: lead scoring, segmentation, and churn prediction
  • Understanding of AdTech integrations, CMS/DXP systems, and recommendation engines
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business and tech teams to drive measurable outcomes.
