Job Description

Marketing Manager Anamind

About the role

Anamind builds a B2B SaaS product for demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial planning — sold into supply chain, planning, and finance teams. This is an early-stage, hands-on marketing hire: you'll own marketing execution end-to-end, working directly with the founders to turn a technically deep product into a story that a planning or supply chain leader actually cares about.

Because the product is technical and the buyer is sophisticated, this is a doer's role. We need someone who can go deep on the domain, write with credibility, run campaigns themselves, and help build a repeatable pipeline motion from close to zero. You won't have a team under you yet — you'll be the one shipping the work.

Experience level

4–5 years in B2B SaaS / product marketing. The ideal candidate has spent that time hands-on across content, demand gen, and product marketing at a startup or lean marketing team — not siloed inside one channel of a large org.

Prior exposure to a technical, data-heavy, or enterprise product (supply chain, analytics, fintech, ERP-adjacent, or similar considered-purchase software) is a strong plus. If you haven't marketed exactly this category, you should be genuinely excited to get fluent in it fast.

Why this level: We want an operator who's past the "learning the basics" stage and can run independently — but who still wants to be hands-on keyboard, ship the work themselves, and grow with the company rather than manage from day one.

What you'll own

  • Product marketing — Turn features into buyer-facing value. Own launches, one-pagers, demo narratives, and the pitch deck. Help sharpen how we position against spreadsheets, legacy planning tools, and ERP add-ons.
  • Content & thought leadership — Produce credible content for planners and supply chain leaders: guides, blog posts, case studies, comparison assets. The audience is numerate and skeptical, so depth wins.
  • Demand generation — Run the pipeline motion: content, SEO, email nurture, webinars, and paid experiments. Given long, considered sales cycles, expect a targeted, account-focused approach over spray-and-pray.
  • Website & conversion — Own the marketing site copy and conversion paths; run experiments on the funnel.
  • Sales enablement — Case studies, ROI/business-case assets, competitor battlecards, and collateral that helps close deals.
  • Measurement — Instrument the funnel (lead qualified pipeline), report on what's working, and double down on it.

Required skills

Core B2B SaaS marketing

  • 4–5 years of hands-on B2B marketing, ideally across more than one function (content + demand gen + product marketing).
  • Excellent B2B writing — can draft a technical blog post or a one-pager without a ghostwriter.
  • Demand gen fundamentals: content/SEO, email nurture, webinars/events, and paid experiments.
  • Solid grasp of product marketing basics: positioning, messaging, segmentation, launches.

Domain fit (preferred)

  • Familiarity with supply chain / demand planning / inventory / S&OP, or the aptitude and appetite to get fluent quickly. You should be comfortable learning terms like safety stock, lead time, forecast accuracy, and days of cover — and knowing what they mean to a buyer.
  • Comfort marketing a data-heavy, analytical product to a technical audience.

Tooling & execution

  • Hands-on with a modern marketing stack: CRM + marketing automation, web analytics, SEO tooling, email, and light design.
  • Comfortable making self-serve edits to the website/landing pages and running simple A/B tests.
  • Data-literate: can build a basic funnel view and defend a decision with numbers.

Working style

  • Startup operator — comfortable with ambiguity, lean budgets, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Close collaboration with founders and sales; can turn customer conversations into sharper messaging.
  • Bias to ship, measure, iterate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Early-stage / first-marketer experience at a startup.
  • Exposure to pharma, manufacturing, distribution, or CPG supply chain buyers.
  • Experience with account-based / targeted outbound motions.
  • AI-tooling fluency for content and research velocity.
  • Basic design or video skills for producing assets in-house.
