Marketing Manager Resort

We re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility and craft impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on strategy, creativity, and hospitality-driven storytelling.

Location: Udaipur (Hybrid 3 days WFH, 2 days on-site at resort)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and bookings

• Oversee social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) with a focus on growth and engagement

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across digital platforms

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to curate compelling content

• Lead website updates, SEO initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints

• Coordinate PR activities, press releases, and media partnerships

• Organize and promote events, collaborations, and property showcases

• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns for ROI

• Guide junior team members and ensure smooth execution of marketing projects

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and brand management

• Skilled in social media trends, content planning, and analytics tools

• Comfortable with design platforms (Canva required; Adobe a plus)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hospitality mindset

• Self-driven, organized, and responsive to feedback

• Prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury branding is highly preferred
