Marketing Manager

Seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager (Agrochemicals) with 58 years of MNC experience to drive product adoption and market share. Requires an M.Sc. in Agriculture/related fields + MBA in Marketing, combined with strong field support collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Product Growth: Drive pesticide portfolio growth by developing marketing strategies, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with R&D to launch and promote new products.
• Brand Promotion & Field Execution: Execute campaigns to boost brand visibility, organizing farmer meetings, demonstrations, and trials to showcase product efficacy.
• Sales & Channel Development: Build strong stakeholder relationships with distributors/dealers to drive growth through innovative initiatives.
• Performance & Compliance: Train field staff, track KPIs, and ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Education

M.Sc. (Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, or related) and MBA (Marketing/Business Administration).

Experience

• Marketing professional with 5-8 years in the agrochemical/pesticide industry.
• Specialized in market development, product promotion, and leading team training initiatives within multinational environments.

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate field staff.
