Eligibility Criteria- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in hospital marketing is mandatory.
- Proven experience in healthcare business development and referral marketing.
- Strong network with consultants, corporates, TPAs, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve organisational goals.
- Candidates with prior experience in a multi-specialty or tertiary care hospital will be given preference.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and healthcare industry practices will be an added advantage.
