Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive new business development in the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring competitive pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the FIBC sector
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Work closely with export teams for international business development

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the FIBC industry
• Strong knowledge of FIBC products, market trends, and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to handle domestic and export clients
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Existing client network in the packaging/FIBC industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
