We're Hiring | Marketing Manager Cluster Malls

Are you passionate about creating high-impact marketing campaigns that drive footfalls, enhance customer engagement, and elevate retail experiences?

Pioneer Property Zone (PPZ) is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a cluster of three shopping malls across Gurgaon and Mohali.

Location: Head Office (Delhi NCR) with travel to Gurgaon & Mohali assets

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated annual marketing calendars for multiple malls.
Drive footfall generation through innovative campaigns, events, promotions, and seasonal activations.
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media campaigns.
Collaborate with leasing and retailer teams to execute brand partnerships and joint promotions.
Manage mall events, entertainment programs, festive campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Handle marketing budgets, vendor management, agency coordination, and ROI analysis.
Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, footfall analytics, sales trends, and digital metrics.
Build strategic partnerships with local brands, corporates, schools, RWAs, and media houses.
Ensure consistent brand positioning and marketing communication across all assigned malls.
Lead and mentor the marketing team while coordinating with Centre Directors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Profile:

8–12+ years of experience in Mall Marketing, Retail Marketing, Shopping Centre Marketing, or Large Format Retail.
Strong exposure to integrated marketing, events, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
Experience managing multiple assets or a cluster of malls will be preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and leadership skills.
