We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive corporate tie-ups, oversee centre operations, and ensure revenue growth while maintaining high standards of discipline, ethics, and compliance with company norms. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to build healthy franchisee relationships while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships
- Oversee operation of centres as per LMEPL norms
- Ensure discipline, ethics, and compliance at all centres
- Conduct monthly centre visits to monitor performance
- Execute planned targets and ensure revenue generation
- Enhance franchisee satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
- Support Sales and Marketing teams when required
- Maintain centres in line with company standards
