Job Description
- - 4+ yrs exp
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure it?s strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Minimum 1-3 yr of Sales work experience required and certification preferred;
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering domain. B.Tech preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- LT Panel background preferred, but not necessary.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must
- Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.
