Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Franchise PCD Marketing Manager/Asst Manager/Sr Executive/Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Appoint new franchisees / PCD distributors in vacant areas to expand business reach.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees / stockists for business development.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
