Marketing Manager-(Architecture background)

Marketing Manager with a Architecture/ Interior Design / Civil Engineering background to drive business development, meet new clients, and lead premium marketing initiatives for Jivas residential design & construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet new clients, conduct first-level discussions, and represent Jiva confidently
• Explain design concepts, materials, and construction workflows to prospective clients
• Develop and execute digital + offline marketing campaigns
• Manage lead-generation funnels across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Convert technical project details into clear, premium marketing content
• Build partnerships with brokers, influencers, architects, and community groups
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and BD teams
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Interior Design / Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
• Strong understanding of residential design, drawings, materials, and construction stages
• Comfortable meeting new clients and conducting face-to-face interactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convert technical information into client-friendly narratives

Preferred Skills

• Experience in marketing, business development, or brand management
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Strong visual and content storytelling ability
• Familiarity with premium residential or lifestyle segments
