Marketing Manager : Cement Division (PPC Cement)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the brand marketing and dealer network expansion initiatives for our PPC Cement business across Assam. The incumbent will be responsible for developing market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, driving dealer engagement, and increasing brand visibility in the region.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance PPC Cement brand presence across Assam.
• Expand and strengthen the marketing network in assigned territories.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and implement trade marketing activities, dealer meets, influencer programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and key market influencers.
• Coordinate with sales teams to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
• Prepare periodic market intelligence and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cement, Building Materials, Paints, Steel, Construction Products, or similar industries.
• Excellent knowledge of the Assam market and trade ecosystem.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
