Overview:
Responsibilities :
- Developing marketing strategies and Implementing the same
- Conducting market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Developing creative marketing campaigns
- Creating and implementing brand guidelines to be used
- Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities such as content development, advertising, and events planning
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
- Analyzing marketing data to shape future strategies
- Undertaking individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure successful marketing initiatives
- Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure that marketing efforts are always current.
- Create content such as reports, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and other materials to promote the brand.
- Able to manage the social media pages like IG, FB and LInkedin, etc.,
- Re-Design marketing materials, Facebook page, LinkedIn page and website.
- Develop custom reports to track team KPIs on project completion and format adoption trends.
To be successful in this role, you ll need:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- A Bachelor s degree or diploma certificate in Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle the changing ambiguity in business.
