- Strong Customer Centric Approach.
- Co-ordinate with internal team and ensure that customer mails \ queries are answered in a timely manner.
- Manage Front End Customer communication pertaining to orders.
- Attend \ Participate review \ progress updates calls with Customer.
- Maintain update customer communication tracker (Order related) on daily basis and co-ordinate with internal team for closure in a time bound manner.
- Escalate discuss pending issues OTD issues on daily basis.
