Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates and government organizations to promote Sustainability services.
• Conduct client visits to understand project requirements and collect preliminary project information required.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand the company's network.
• Present the company's Green Building, ESG, Energy Efficiency, and Sustainability consulting services to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, prepare reports, and maintain an updated client database.
• Achieve assigned business development targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Some one with strong network with architects, decorator.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prepare proposals, and client presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Self-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits.

Experience

• Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience.
