Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

    Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize BTL marketing campaigns to drive category growth and market impact
    • Track campaign performance, gather feedback from internal teams and customers, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
    • Ensure timely and high-quality rollout of marketing initiatives across regions and channels

    Vendor & Partner Management

    • Liaise with external vendors and agencies to develop catalogues, sales tools, marketing collaterals, and promotional gifts
    • Manage procurement timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards for all marketing assets

    Stakeholder & Budget Management

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Purchase, Brand, and Communications) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives
    • Manage budget planning, monitoring, PO creation, approvals, and cost tracking for category marketing initiatives
    • Ensure optimal utilization of marketing budgets and ROI-driven decision-making

    Brand & Creative Collaboration

    • Partner with Brand and Communication teams to introduce innovative and impactful marketing campaigns
    • Contribute creative inputs for campaign themes, messaging, visual identity, and execution formats

    Market Insights & Field Engagement

    • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends
    • Translate on-ground insights into actionable marketing strategies and category growth opportunities

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Leverage Excel for campaign tracking, budget monitoring, performance reporting, and insights generation
    • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate campaign results, recommendations, and strategic proposals to leadership Operational Excellence, Stakeholder Management, Creativity, Agility, Bias for Action

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in offline marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of shopper marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven track record in developing successful trade marketing campaigns.
