Key Responsibilities
Execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities across assigned locations.
Organize seminars, school/college activations, canopy campaigns, leaflet distribution, and branding events.
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and local partners.
Identify high-footfall areas to maximize brand visibility and outreach.
Generate quality leads through direct engagement with students and parents.
Collaborate with the Sales team to drive effective lead conversion.
Maintain daily activity reports and campaign performance updates.
Gather market intelligence and monitor local competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
13 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Field Marketing, BTL Marketing, or Brand Promotion (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities and promotional campaigns.
Ability to independently manage events, activations, and marketing initiatives.
