Job Description
Marketing executives contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns. Marketing executives are involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product; service or idea.
Responsibility
- Collaborating and connecting with a range of stakeholders including customers; colleagues; suppliers and partner organisations
- Interacting with target clients and managing customer relationships
- Come out with new advertising ideas and placing adverts online; local; regional or national newspapers; or on the radio; depending on the organisation and the campaign
- Managing the production of marketing materials; including posters; leaflets; flyers; newsletters; e-newsletters and DVDs
- Interacting with designers and printers
- Keeping a record of customer databases
- Organizing the effective handing out of marketing materials
- Conducts market research
- Managing budgets
- Organising and attending events such as seminars; conferences; and exhibitions
- Evaluating marketing campaigns
- Developing marketing plans and strategies
- Keeping a track on competitors activity
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleague
