Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

Alpha Design Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ADTL) is looking for a Marketing Executive to support business development, tender management, market intelligence, and marketing activities in the Defence & Aerospace sector. The candidate should have exposure to government procurement processes and hands-on experience in GeM portal operations. Based on the draft shared in

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track Defence, Aerospace, and Government procurement opportunities through GeM, CPPP, Defence procurement portals, and customer websites.
• Manage GeM portal activities including bid participation, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Support preparation of EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and business proposals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare market intelligence reports.
• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and capability documents.
• Support website content updates, LinkedIn activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate participation in Defence exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
• Prepare periodic reports on opportunities, competitor activities, and marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Tender Management, or Defence Sector Marketing.
• Exposure to Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, or Government procurement environment.
• Working knowledge of GeM Portal and tendering processes is essential.
