Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Regular Reporting to AVP- Marketing/Manager - Marketing.
2. Meeting the expectation of Business Division.
3. Local newspaper checking for tenders (Civil + MEP).
4. Registering with Local CPWD, State procurement departments.
5. Daily checks of tenders from various websites for civil and MEP tenders.
6. Collecting the complete data of consultants, PMC, QS and all Major Architects with key stakeholder details for the region.
7. Update the enquiry sharing register on Google sheets as and when there is a lead sharing
8. Sharing leads for EPC projects with identified infra companies and following up for services enquiries.
9. Collecting the infra company details of local region with key personal details.
10. Sharing of tender details to H.O on regular basis (daily).
11. Daily meeting/call schedules and the results to be showed on regular basis in WhatsApp and complete updated on Google form everyday.
12. Arranging of second round of meeting with all key stakeholders of consultants, PMC, QS and Infra companies with AVP-Marketing.
13. Outstation schedules for the month reporting to AVP- Marketing.
14. Marketing to sales transfer enquiry tracker on daily basis on Google form and updates on weekly & monthly basis.
15. Updating superior on discussion immediately after meetings.
16. Competitor s business information.
17. An upcoming new project lists (private and govt.) during next financial year.
18. Networking with other marketing executives to get market info.
19. Giving company presentation.
20. Review leads, enquiry and lead sharing trackers with Mr. Harish on a regular basis.
21. Follow up with sales team till the submission of the offer (Enquiries transferred by Marketing).
22. Follow up with client/PMC/Consultants to get the feedback on the submitted offers (Enquiries transferred by Marketing).
23. Working closely with the other departments to gain the knowledge about the MEP services.
24. Collect and convert at least one enquiry from JLL to order on value not less than 5 Crores.
25. Responsible for bringing in INR 500 Cr. worth of enquiries.
26. Responsible for learning and preparing project specific presentations independently in line with the template provided.
27. Any other work assigned by higher ups.
