Marketing Communications Specialist || MNC (Off Role) || Gurgaon

We are hiring for one of our multinational client for the role of Marketing Communication Specialist role based out at Gurgaon. PFB the details.

Location: Gurgaon

PURPOSE:

To plan, co-work and execute integrated brand marketing, communication and social media campaigns.

Skill Set Required:

• Creative communication development
• Develop marketing collateral and content for various ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns and promotions (TVCs, short films, flyers, handbills, posters, other market facing communications etc.)
• Liaise with creative and media agencies of different cadres regarding the same
• Digital marketing good exposure and experience of driving ROI driven social/digital marketing campaigns with Digital specialists
• Ability to work across languages with help of appropriate agencies – translation from English to regional languages while preserving essence of communications.
• Understanding and experience of supporting commercial promotional schemes / campaigns
• People and team skills – Collaborative skills in a multi-stakeholder environment. Internal functions like commercial, legal, regulatory, R&D, manufacturing and external agencies/vendors to accomplish project tasks.
• A multi-tasker/go-getter. Work schedule flexibility to attend to seasonal deliverables under tight deadlines, working cohesively with internal and inter-functional teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 6-8 years of relevant work experience

- MBA Marketing / Mass-com preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and affinity for other Indian languages is an advantage (TG farmers)

- Excellent analytical, planning and execution-driven-coordination skills

- Keen to learn, adapt and grow in agriculture industry
