Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for project launches and ongoing campaigns.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce premium marketing materials.
• Drive lead generation campaigns and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Manage the company's social media presence and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Plan and execute project launch events, exhibitions, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless flow of qualified leads and support sales conversion.
• Develop brochures, presentations, advertisements, hoardings, print media, and branding collateral.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in real estate marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Experience managing agencies and external marketing partners.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
