Job Description
- Riyoadvertising is seeking a Marketing Assistant / Sales Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong communication and customer service skills to support sales operations and facilitate seamless communication between the sales team and clients.
- Process new sales leads efficiently.
- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Conduct pre-sales follow-up and monitor inquiry progression.
- Generate sales reports and provide data insights to support the sales team.
- Manage and track correspondence between the sales team and clients.
- Monitor customer accounts and maintain an accurate record of interactions.
- Support the sales team by providing data and regular progress updates.
- Track and report on sales targets.
- Answer phone calls and manage scheduling for the sales team.
- Education: Graduate in any stream, BBA, BMS, or BMM.
- Experience Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and long-term relationship-building abilities.
- Work Environment: This role is on-site and cannot be completed remotely.
