Marketing & Sales Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Sales Head to lead our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be based in the whole North region.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
• Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for business expansion.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Possess good sales and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate basic concepts of Excel and PPT.
• Exhibit good communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Hindi.
• Maintain a well-groomed and presentable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
