SUMMARY: -
Experienced and results-driven Production Planning and Control (PPC) professional with Diploma/ Bachelors degree with 4-6 years hands-on experience in manufacturing and production environments. Proven expertise in production scheduling, material planning (MRP), shop floor coordination, PO placing, follow ups and process optimization. Skilled in working with SAP PP/MM, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. Strong ability to manage resources efficiently, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.):-

• Experience in Production Planning control, material planning & Inventory control
• To prepare unit wise & SKU wise monthly production plan, send to production for validation & track the Plan Vs Actual
• Uploading the sales plan & synchronisation with Production plan in SAP
• Knowledge of MRP, Capacity Planning is mandatory to have.
• Must have experience in Forecasting
• Ensuring that right stock is being made available at all warehouses as per plan.
• Ensure the invoicing to be done within SLA, tracking & managing RDD/CDD of FG
• Coordinating with Sales, CRM, for timely invoicing & ensure end to end cycle for delivery of FG till customer end.
• Transport Planning with minimum SLA & track delivery till customer place
• To minimize variances in target vs actual of FG & raw material inventory.
• To minimize non- moving stocks & ensure timely liquidation of slow-moving stocks.
• To ensure FIFO method to be followed in all warehouses.
• Run MCPC(ABC) analysis for stocks & ensure the correct masters to be updated in SAP
• Creating & posting documents for GAP during stock Verification
• Responsible for stock transfers between the plants
• Download PR & Places PO in SAP to intercompany & local vendors
• Ensure timely procurement of material from intercompany based in China, US, Europe etc
• Overseas procurement from vendor for production use
• Follow up with the local vendors for timely supplies to avoid production delay & invoicing to customers.
• Knowledge in import/export documentation, import taxation, & dealing with custom house agents will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 will be added advantage.
• Good coordination within the team & cross teams such as Finance, CRM, etc

Position/Job Requirements:
Education/Training Required:
Diploma/ Bachelors with 4-6 years of experience
Work Experience Required:

• Worked in Production planning & control department for 4- 6 years
• Experience & good knowledge on SAP PP/MM modules
• Knowledge on reporting tools such as SAP BW, Power BI, Control towers will be added advantage
• Hands on experience on SAP reports & transactions
• MS office skills (SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
