Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the assembly line to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
- Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, QC Tools, and other continuous process improvement techniques.
- Handle manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
- Ensure safety management on the shop floor and implement TPM principles.
- Utilize IoT technology to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line balancing, manpower handling, and safety management.
- Experience with TPM, IoT, and continuous process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
