Manufacturing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize production processes, including plant layout, equipment selection, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensors, IoT devices) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence.
• Lead projects related to manufacturing engineering, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Job Requirements :

• 14-28 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in process engineering, process layout, or industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel or specialized software like Minitab or SAS.
