Roles & Responsibilities :
- Good coordination with PDT members to align the NPD targets
- Good coordination with customer
- Knowledge and practicing in PPAP process
- Knowledge and practicing in 4M change management
- Good knowledge in GDNT
- Thorough knowledge in drawing study and feasibility study
- Fixture design based on the input part
- Handling of setting and programming in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine
- Selection of cutting tools in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine
- Selection of working holding in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine
- Knowledge in trouble shooting of work holdings and tooling in CNC turning /VMC/Gear cutting machine
- LPS tools and techniques
- Process improvement techniques
- Cycle time reduction and setup time reduction
- Knowledge in process costing
- Knowledge in process validation
- Customer Quality
- Program Management
