Manufacturing and Packaging Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing and Packaging Assistant to join our team at Indchemie Health Specialities Pvt. Ltd., responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharma, biologics, and medical device manufacturing processes.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing and packaging procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing and packaging environment, preferably in the pharma, biologics, or medical device industry.
• Possess strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
