Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Senior Engineer

(Manual) with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team at TechM in . The ideal candidate will possess strong manual testing knowledge and a passion for ensuring the highest quality of software products. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, as well as identifying and documenting defects to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality aspects. Ensure that testing is completed on time and meets the defined quality standards. Provide regular status reports on testing progress and issues to stakeholders. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in manual testing. Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience in automated testing tools is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of performance testing and security testing. Experience in working with databases and SQL. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in manual testing.
